Meet the Leadership
Awale A. Rage is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale operations, managing complex projects, and delivering results in highly regulated environments. As Founder and President of Zadris Inc., he brings the leadership depth, operational discipline, and accountability that government agencies expect from a trusted contracting partner.
Throughout his career, Awale has held senior leadership positions with leading financial institutions including Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, United Heritage Credit Union, Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union, and US Wyre. He has led organizations spanning multiple states, managed networks of up to 70 locations, supervised more than 750 employees, and overseen multimillion-dollar budgets and complex strategic initiatives across diverse operational environments.
Awale founded Zadris with a straightforward mission: deliver reliable solutions, honor every commitment, and create measurable value for every client served. He understands that contracting officers seek more than qualified vendors.
